Audit & Finance Committee
The Audit & Finance Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Managers and consists of two managers with support from the district administrator and office administrator.
The committee reviews finances and accounting practices for the District and makes recommendations to the Board of Managers. All meetings of the committee are noticed and open to the public as required by the Open Meeting Law.

February 12, 2024 Audit and Finance Special Meeting
The Audit and Finance Committee will meet on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in-person at the RPBCWD office, located at 18681 Lake Drive E in Chanhassen.

- Adjust Administrator's discretionary spending limit

June 10, 2022 Audit and Finance Special Meeting
Please take notice that the Riley Purgatory Bluff Creek Watershed District Board of Managers' audit and finance committee will be meeting Friday, June 10th at 8:30 am. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.021, RPBCWD will conduct the June 10th audit and finance committee meeting by web-based video conference.
The agenda will include an update from Abdo regarding the financial audit status.
