Holistic Watershed Plan
Background
The project to develop holistic lake watershed management plans for Ann, Lucy, Susan, Mitchell and Red Rock lakeswas ordered by the RPBCWD Board of Managers on October 2, 2024. Work currently underway includes the study of the many factors impacting watershed health of these lakes.
Once complete, the management plans will identify and prioritize potential projects and other actions to protect and improve lake and watershed health. Additional lakes will be added for study in the future.

Currently, district staff and consultants are collecting and analyzing data, running computer models, building maps, and more to develop draft lake watershed management plans for Ann, Lucy, Susan, Mitchell and Red Rock lakes.
Meetings for Residents
RPBCWD staff and consultants will host a series of meeting for lake residents. Meetings will be separated into a Ann-Lucy-Susan lake group and a Mitchell-Rock lake group. Due to limited space, meeting registration is required.
