Yoga in the Park

Yoga event at North Lotus Lake Park on Sunday, June 8th, from 10 to 10:45am.

Ease into the day with a 45-minute community yoga session designed to wake up the body and mind. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you’d like to sit or lie down, or simply join in standing. The session includes accessible stretches, breath awareness, and light movement to prepare you for a bike ride—or just to enjoy a grounded start to your day. Led by a local yoga teacher and volunteer water steward, this class invites connection to self, community, and nature.
