Overview

Join us for an Introduction to Birding Guided Walk at Purgatory Park in Minnetonka! All levels of experience are welcome. The event begins with a brief lesson on technique and local bird diversity, followed by a group walk to observe and learn about birds.

Wear comfortable, close-toed shoes for this slow-paced walk on easy to moderate terrain. We will cover ~1 mile total. Binoculars will be provided.

Due to limited capacity, this event is restricted to residents of one of the 7 cities of our watershed district: Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Minnetonka, Bloomington, Chaska, Deephaven and Shorewood.
