Dylan joined the District in 2023 doing administrative work before moving into the Watershed Planner role. In his role, he supports long-range planning and policy development for watershed management activities. This includes coordinating with other local units of government and watershed partners to identify opportunities for collaboration. He has a BA in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of St Thomas, where he minored in Sustainability.

Dylan's favorite part of his job is working in an environment that is so collaborative and enthusiastic. In his free time, Dylan enjoys hiking, running, and going for long walks around his neighborhood. He also loves going to concerts, watching new movies, and keeping up on pop culture news.
